We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Strategy Associate to join our team of talented professionals within our Center for Excellence team. The Senior Data Strategy Associate, in the Center for Excellence (CFE), leads the development and execution of data strategies that support community-based services to improve access and outcomes for the people we serve. This role partners with clinical, operational, financial, and IT leaders to ensure that data are accessible, actionable, integrated, and leveraged for operational efficiency and continuous quality improvement. Regular working hours are 37.5 hours per week (75 hours in a two-week pay period), to be scheduled between Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00. Regular on-site workdays required. Requirements

  • Demonstrable competencies spanning analytics, healthcare domain knowledge, and organizational change leadership.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health, public health, or community-based healthcare data roles is required.
  • Master’s Degree required in Research, Behavioral Health, Public Health or related field of study.
  • Strong knowledge of public service operations, including Medicaid-funded service processes and procedures and CCBHC state reporting requirements.
  • Data strategy experience required, defined by proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and operational processes.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations, consent management, and data-sharing agreements required.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in analytics tools and modern data platforms is preferred (e.g., SQL, Tableau, SPSS, Power BI, data warehousing, interoperability).
