The company is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join a central data science team. This role involves partnering with Product Management, Customer Success, Machine Learning Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to solve a wide range of technical and business problems.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, plus 3+ years of industry experience in data science or analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines in production environments.
• Experience with BI or dashboarding tools such as Apache Superset, Tableau, or Mode Analytics.
• Familiarity with distributed data processing (e.g., PySpark or equivalent) and cloud environments (e.g., AWS S3/EMR or equivalent).
• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong execution bias and ability to ramp quickly on existing systems and codebases.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to ML evaluation pipelines, LLM-based products, or conversational AI systems.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Join a central data science team that partner with PM, Customer Success, ML Engineer and GTM teams, and opportunity solve a wide range of technical and business problems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics across product analytics, growth, and AI quality & Reliability to deliver internal and external data insights.
• Develop and maintain self-serve analytics tooling and platforms that enable internal teams to independently answer data questions and run value analyses.
• Drive the LLM system evaluation pipeline by curating evaluation datasets and surfacing regression signals to partner ML and product teams.
• Analyze the AI Assistant funnel to identify conversion drop-offs and translate findings into prioritized product signals.
• Contribute to cross-platform, cross-function alignment to enable analytics propagation and value tracking.
• Collaborate with Data Platform, Product, Engineering, and Business Value teams to translate business questions into clean, reproducible analytical solutions.
