About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a high-performing analytics team working on complex, real-world problems across multiple industries. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and AI solutions that drive meaningful business impact. You'll work on a variety of projects, ranging from optimizing operations to building machine learning and AI-driven applications, while continuing to grow your technical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Experience applying machine learning to real-world datasets
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Experience with large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark)
Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
Perform exploratory data analysis and identify key insights
Build, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models
Develop and evaluate models using statistical techniques and experimentation (including A/B testing)
Work with modern AI approaches such as large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) when applicable
Deploy solutions via APIs or data pipelines and monitor performance over time
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate solutions into applications
Ensure models are accurate, explainable, and scalable
Optimize performance, cost, and efficiency of models and pipelines
