About The Position

Provide independent data science, machine learning, and analytical insights using member, financial, and organizational data to support mission critical decision making for various areas of the organization. Understand business needs and identify opportunities for new products, services, and process optimization to meet business objectives through the use of cutting-edge data science. Create descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models and insights to drive impact across the organization. Conduct work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. Intermediate professional within field; requires moderate skill set and proficiency in discipline. This position is eligible for the TalentQuest employee referral program. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and evaluate moderately complex predictive models and advanced algorithms
  • Partner within the organization and across the enterprise in support of completion of model development and annual financial planning activities
  • Develop, maintain, and manage reporting, dashboards, data models and analytical results
  • Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources
  • Retrieve, analyze and validate data and interpret results; Test hypotheses/models, analyze, and interpret results
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion within defined procedures and practices
  • Develop and code moderately complex software programs, algorithms, and automated processes
  • Use modeling and trend analysis to analyze data and provide insights
  • Develop understanding of best practices and ethical AI
