  • Experience building data pipelines or model-ready datasets and applying data-governance, metadata, lineage, security, and reusable-data-model practices.
  • Experience deploying models through cloud, MLOps, application, or workflow-integration approaches and driving adoption of digital tools and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams, influence multidisciplinary teams, communicate complex results clearly, and translate technical outcomes into measurable R&D or business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and prioritizing digital science opportunities that accelerate innovation and improve laboratory productivity, with primary focus on laboratory automation and additional application to Forge and RepairStack.
  • Developing, validating, implementing, and improving predictive, statistical, machine-learning, and simulation models for formulation, process, application, performance, and other high-value technical challenges.
  • Defining laboratory data requirements and acquiring, cleaning, normalizing, and structuring sparse or unstructured data; partnering with digital and data teams to improve data quality, accessibility, usability, and reusable structures.
  • Partnering with product developers, laboratory scientists, subject-matter experts, Corporate Research Laboratory teams, and digital technology teams to translate technical challenges into scalable digital solutions and integrate models into usable workflows or applications.
  • Owning pilot delivery from opportunity identification through implementation and adoption, including scope, priorities, milestones, technical decisions, dependencies, validation, governance, stakeholder alignment, measurement of business impact, and contribution to the long-term Digital Lab roadmap.
