The Senior Data Scientist will support enterprise data and analytics initiatives. This role requires expertise in AI/ML development, Python, and advanced analytics to guide teams and deliver enterprise-level analytics solutions. requirements.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance (required).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in data science and AI/ML.
• Strong expertise in Python, Jupyter, and Anaconda.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Python-based).
• Familiarity with Databricks, Apache Spark, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on analytics and AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics.
• Use Python, Anaconda, and Jupyter notebooks for modeling and prototyping.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate models with data pipelines.
• Support data governance activities (tagging, metadata management, sharing).
• Develop RPA solutions to automate business processes.
• Evaluate analytics products to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
• Communicate findings through dashboards, visualizations, and technical reports.
