Requirements

Master's degree/PHD in Data science, Computer Science, or related fields with practical experience
Expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Generative AI, Personalization, and Item Recommendation algorithms
Experience in data science and building and evaluating large scale machine learning & deep learning models
Experience in deploying highly scalable Recommenders Systems, bonus domain - conversational agents
Curiosity in state-of-the-art techniques in recommendation related areas
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques, particularly in personalization and recommendation systems for conversational agents.
Researching and building advanced algorithms utilizing deep learning, reinforcement learning, Generative AI, and computer vision techniques.
Collaborating with tech leads on top-down or bottom-up initiatives and priorities
Develop data models and iteratively improve them based on new data insights
Design, architect data models.
Iterate, challenge, and accelerate best practices in Personalization and Item Recommendations
