8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) (or 5 years work experience with a Master's degree).

Responsibilities

Lead Product Data Science for Reach Growth as a counterpart to a cross-functional team, enforcing measurement frameworks, owning experimentation, and conducting in-depth investigations to understand trends and steer product strategy.
Identify and quantify opportunities to optimize key geospatial user journeys across entry points and ingress channels by performing logs-based analyses across data sources, running experiments, and influencing stakeholders.
Model cross-Product Area user journeys and conduct analyses on evolving engagement dynamics to eliminate gaps in strategy across Google.
Define and implement success metrics frameworks to enable cross-Product Area decision-making and measure the impact of new growth integrations. Present metrics and insights at executive reviews.
