About The Position

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who would be excited to partner with our stakeholders to develop data products & solutions that will impact hundreds of millions of our users across the world. Expert communication, problem-solving, and having an innovative spirit will be the keys to success in this role. You'll be working cross-functionally with teams of Product Engineers, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Sales and Marketing Managers on some of the most critical projects in the company.

Requirements

  • Requires a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Project Management, Data Science, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
  • 5 years of experience performing data science within an eCommerce, Marketing, sales or customer analytics environment to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement;
  • 5 years of experience designing and operationalizing scalable Machine Learning models or audience segmentation, customer churn, and product purchasing propensity;
  • 5 years of experience utilizing causal inference analysis and experimentation design for A/B Testing;
  • 5 years of experience utilizing statistical modeling and techniques to analyze large-scale customer, product, and transactional data to identify behavioral patterns, predict future outcomes, and support data-driven business decisions. This includes applying methods such as regression analysis, classification models, clustering, hypothesis testing, time-series analysis, and experimental design to measure the impact of product and marketing initiatives, estimate customer lifetime value, forecast demand, assess churn risk, and evaluate revenue growth opportunities;
  • 5 years of experience applying data processing and modeling using SQL and Python to extract, transform, integrate, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple internal and external data sources;
  • 5 years of experience utilizing big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, or equivalent distributed computing frameworks to process, analyze, and model massive datasets that exceed the capacity of traditional systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct deep-dive research to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion of products to support consumer and Small Businesses;
  • Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement;
  • Develop and code software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources;
  • Research and develop audience segmentation, propensity and recommender models to enable personalized experiences, improving customer engagement and increasing sales;
  • Manage data governance and best practices to ensure data integrity and privacy by design;
  • Identify impactful metrics to understand the performance of business initiatives and products, define key performance indicator metrics, and ingrain these metrics into the teams’ day-to-day decision-making; and
  • Interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.
