About The Position

Our Category Analytics and Solutions (Catalyst) team exists to increase the velocity and confidence of strategic decision-making by turning hypotheses into data-backed approaches at scale. We are a multidisciplinary team of change agents who thrive in ambiguity, move fast with rigor, and embrace AI-native analytics workflows. Our work informs executive decisions at the E-Team level and helps our businesses move from insight to execution to measurable growth. We are seeking a strategic, execution-minded data scientist to serve as a growth thought partner across Adobe’s marketing ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional analytics. You will identify high-impact growth opportunities and define how success is measured. You will build scalable learning systems to speed up investment decisions through paid, owned, and earned media. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in data science, growth, or applied analytics with demonstrated business impact.
  • Systems thinker who connects channels, funnel dynamics, and product experience to business outcomes.
  • Analytical, organized problem solver who can independently define detailed investigations and work effectively in uncertain situations.
  • Strong decision partner who frames problems, evaluates tradeoffs, and drives clear, data-informed recommendations.
  • Force multiplier who builds scalable tools, measurement frameworks, and playbooks that amplify team impact, mentors and uplifts other ICs.
  • Strong cross-functional communicator with the ability to influence senior partners through clear, data-backed narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analyses to identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities across paid, owned, earned, and emerging channels.
  • Define and operationalize decision-grade metrics (including north star) to guide investment decisions and capture shifts in user behavior across AI, Search, and Social.
  • Translate emerging data signals (e.g., AI prompts and answers, social engagement and conversations) into actionable insights for targeting, messaging, and channel strategy.
  • Connect performance data with content strategy to scale high-impact narratives and creative formats.
  • Partner deeply with Social, SEO, PR, and Performance teams to align on goals, success metrics, and data-informed tradeoffs.
  • Synthesize insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations that influence roadmaps, budgets, and priorities.
