About The Position

As part of the Emerging Tech team, this role is centered on deep technical execution and advanced modeling. As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll focus on developing and experimenting with deep learning and multimodal generative models, working closely with engineers to bring research-grade ideas into real production systems. Immigration Sponsorship is not available in this role. Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in data science, deep learning, or applied ML.
  • Proven, hands-on expertise with modern deep learning frameworks.
  • Experience training, fine tuning, and evaluating large models.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and curate domain specific training data.
  • Track record of close collaboration with engineering partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and clear, concise communication.
  • Research mindset with real-world impact; publications are a plus, not a requirement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

  • Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R

  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

  • Execute complex deep learning and multimodal modeling work with a production mindset.
  • Partner closely with engineering to deploy, monitor, and iterate on models in production.
  • Influence adjacent teams through strong technical judgment and collaboration.
