Requirements

• Extensive experience modeling and delivering a variety of data science solutions in production.
• Expertise in statistical data analysis, including experimentation, scientific methods, and A/B testing.
• Experience with Python for data science and SQL.

Nice To Haves

• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills—you'll be able to use a variety of data visualization techniques to easily explain your analysis to a non-technical audience.
• Demonstrable experience working with business stakeholders on machine learning projects.
• Experience with NLP and Deep Learning is a plus.
• Proficiency in generic Python programming language is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive data science projects by building machine learning solutions to support different areas of the business.
• Work with other data scientists to experiment, explore, and assess new ideas, and perform exploratory data analysis and modeling.
• Work with our MLOps engineers to deploy models live.
• Work with tech and business stakeholders to facilitate a wider adoption of machine learning across Simply Business.
• Mentor and support members of the Data Science team.
