How This Role Impacts Live Oak and Its People The Senior Data & Risk Analyst supports an aligned department by strengthening data strategy, managing operational risk, and driving technology adoption. This role works closely with the department head and leadership team to improve financial and operational outcomes. The role helps ensure the integrity of systems, data, and processes that support portfolio health, performance management, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a strong analytics background, financial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to leverage business knowledge and data to evaluate performance, identify risk, and inform decision-making. We are hiring for two roles — one supporting Small Business Banking and the other supporting our Credit division. Candidates selected to move forward will discuss the specific assignment during the recruiter screen. Both are onsite positions at our HQ in Wilmington, NC.
