About The Position

Garner is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Client Insights to join their Health Intelligence team. This role will lead the development of innovative insights derived from client-level healthcare claims and performance data. The position involves shaping reporting and analytics products crucial for executive decision-making by employers, consultants, and internal teams. These products are central to demonstrating value, driving client adoption, and scaling Garner's impact. The lead product manager will define data concepts and insight frameworks, collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists, and partner with senior client leaders to ensure reporting leads to actionable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, data science leadership, or technical strategy experience
• Exceptional analytical and statistical problem solving
• Experience managing a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
• A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment

Responsibilities

• Interact with senior client leaders and internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into scalable data products
• Partner with data engineers, data analysts, other product managers, and data scientists to design, develop, and refine innovative insights built from client data
• Own the end to end product lifecycle for reporting and analytics tools, from concept through launch and iteration
• Build and continuously improve high-quality QA, data validation, and delivery processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and trust
• Define target client profiles and contribute to our overall Insights and reporting strategy
• Drive clarity around metrics, definitions, and data governance to ensure consistent and trusted outputs across the organization
