About The Position

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Migration & Integration Consultant to support a critical systems integration initiative involving the consolidation of data between two midsize organizations. This role will focus on data migration, data mapping, system integration, and ensuring data consistency across multiple platforms during the transition process. The ideal candidate is a hands-on data professional with strong SQL expertise who can quickly assess existing data environments, analyze raw data, identify data discrepancies, and develop solutions to keep systems aligned and synchronized. This individual must be able to hit the ground running and operate independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements

5-10+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, database management, or related disciplines.
Strong hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
Experience performing complex data mapping and reconciliation activities.
Demonstrated success supporting system integration or data migration projects.
Experience working with Microsoft database technologies and environments.
Experience with IBM Informix databases.
Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and data governance principles.
Ability to analyze large volumes of raw data and identify anomalies or inconsistencies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
