About The Position

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PAE Electronic Systems (AFLCMC/PAE). The Air Force Program Acquisition Executive Office for Electronic Systems has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PAE Electronic Systems portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS. This is a full-time position located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, and Project.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using SharePoint, plotters/printers, vacuseal machines for poster mounting, and image scanners.
  • Strong knowledge of print processes, Adobe Brackets, HTML, and CSS.
  • Ability to enter and manipulate data in databases and digital tracking systems.
  • Capability to develop, maintain, and support tracking tools and data reports.
  • Experience working with CDRL documentation, version tracking, and data management workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ability to draft formal letters and written communications.
  • Ability to interface professionally with OEM manufacturers and Government Contracts teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with program staff and support coordinated deliverables.
  • Ability to follow established processes and support multi-stakeholder communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree and 8 years of directly related experience, 4 of which must be in the DoD OR High School Diploma and 10 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to plan, develop, implement, and administer information systems for the acquisition, storage, and retrieval of data.
  • Compile data, perform associated data analysis, and create special reports.
  • Generate and evaluate equipment accountability and/or inventory logs and reports.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain status of CDRL items, including receiving/sending CDRL items, recording activity, and reporting activity to Government staff.
  • Oversee, perform, and report versions and staffing for government documents.
  • Provide input, maintain, and collaborate on records management plans.
  • Support records management tasks per the program office’s records management plan.
