About The Position

The Senior Data Lead will be responsible for designing and executing data migration strategies for USPS Maximo implementations. This role involves reviewing source system architecture and data, identifying required data elements, and developing comprehensive migration plans. The position requires creating custom migration objects and workflows to import and validate data, overseeing the transformation of historical data, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and dependencies. Additionally, the Senior Data Lead will support database performance, integrity, and compliance across multiple platforms and environments. A key aspect of this role is the ability to work independently without direct input from government staff, while ensuring that outcomes align with the government’s vision, mission, and objectives. Technical skills, programming expertise, and knowledge of Maximo data structures are essential.
