We are building a next-generation People Analytics function focused on delivering predictive, AI-enabled workforce intelligence at scale. This role will be foundational in architecting and building the data infrastructure that powers advanced analytics, AI use cases, and strategic workforce decision-making across the enterprise. This position designs, develops, and maintains workforce data solutions that support People Analytics, workforce intelligence, and AI-enabled decision-making capabilities. Employees in this role are responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, integrated workforce data models, semantic layers, and analytics-ready datasets that enable trusted reporting, self-service analytics, predictive insights, and future AI applications. The role partners with HR, analytics, technology, and business teams to deliver scalable data products and ensure the quality, accessibility, and reliability of workforce data. This position implements and maintains on-premises and cloud-based company and product data infrastructure, including relational databases, non-relational databases and any other data stores required by the company or its products. Employees in this role are responsible for creating processes and implementing software to facilitate management of data including, but not limited to, data pipelines, data catalogs and overall data quality.
