Join a skilled Fidelity’s Asset Management Technology team to develop advanced data engineering solutions that power critical investment decisions. This role involves developing scalable data processing solutions, designing robust data models and ETL pipelines, and applying modern DevOps and Agile practices. The ideal candidate is deeply enthusiastic about innovation in financial technology, with extensive proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, AutoSys, and data warehousing.

Requirements

• Years of demonstrated expertise in crafting high-quality data engineering solutions
• Strong software development background in the Financial Industry
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, SQL Scripting, and database performance tuning
• Proven understanding of ETL tools like Informatica and Data Warehousing platforms such as Snowflake
• Strong data modeling skills using Quantitative and Multi-Dimensional Analysis
• In-depth knowledge of data composition concepts including Transactional, Data Mart, and Data Warehouse structures
• Dedication to delivering high-quality software using DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Docker)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• A passion for learning new technologies and analyzing data to identify gaps and build solutions
• The ability to independently address technical challenges and develop innovative solutions
• Basic proficiency in Java, Python, REST API, and AWS is advantageous
