About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and models. This role involves leading data modelling efforts, developing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines, implementing data governance practices, and designing cloud-based data solutions. The engineer will also automate workflows, support analytics teams, troubleshoot performance issues, ensure code quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and models.
• Proficiency in data modelling using dimensional, relational, and NoSQL approaches.
• Experience in developing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Knowledge of data governance practices, particularly aligned with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions, specifically AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, etc.).
• Experience automating workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Experience supporting analytics and reporting teams.
• Skills in troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing query execution.
• Proficiency in ensuring code quality through version control, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
