Senior Data Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team. This role involves engaging in discussions with stakeholders to capture and gather compensation-related requirements. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to map, refine, and translate business logic into scalable technical workflows. The position requires analyzing target data structures and underlying systems, designing data processing pipelines using the defined technology stack, and developing data ingestion, processing, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) jobs. You will also implement validations, data cleaning steps, and quality checkpoints, and deploy and thoroughly test ETL jobs within the development and staging environments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset to effectively probe and gather requirements.
