About The Position

Fantom Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support a mission-critical enterprise serving the defense and intelligence community. The role focuses on streamlining processes, improving system performance, and strengthening secure data practices. The engineer will develop data-processing workflows and analytics for desktop- and web-based visual analytic tools, and support large-scale relational data analysis using visualization and high-performance computing. The position also involves monitoring junior team members and contributing to cross-team standards.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing large relational databases.
• Ability to build data pipelines.
• Ability to enable high-performance analysis across structured and semi-structured data.
