The involves leading and managing a team of data engineers, overseeing data engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders. They play a critical role in driving the success of data engineering initiatives and ensuring the delivery of reliable and high quality data solutions to support the organizations data driven objectives.

Requirements

  • GCP Big Query & Teradata experience
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
  • Experience ensuring adherence to Agile best practices
  • Experience collaborating with data engineers, architects, and product owners
  • Experience planning and delivering data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics solutions
  • Experience removing impediments and managing dependencies
  • Experience promoting continuous improvement and team productivity
  • Experience ensuring transparency through sprint planning, tracking, and reporting of progress and risks
  • Experience driving Agile mindset adoption
  • Experience supporting high-quality, scalable, and timely data solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile delivery for data engineering teams involving GCP Big Query & Teradata, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and product owners to plan and deliver data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics solutions.
  • Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and promote continuous improvement and team productivity.
  • Ensure transparency through sprint planning, tracking, and reporting of progress and risks.
  • Drive Agile mindset adoption while supporting high-quality, scalable, and timely data solutions.
