Requirements
- GCP Big Query & Teradata experience
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Experience ensuring adherence to Agile best practices
- Experience collaborating with data engineers, architects, and product owners
- Experience planning and delivering data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics solutions
- Experience removing impediments and managing dependencies
- Experience promoting continuous improvement and team productivity
- Experience ensuring transparency through sprint planning, tracking, and reporting of progress and risks
- Experience driving Agile mindset adoption
- Experience supporting high-quality, scalable, and timely data solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery for data engineering teams involving GCP Big Query & Teradata, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and product owners to plan and deliver data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics solutions.
- Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and promote continuous improvement and team productivity.
- Ensure transparency through sprint planning, tracking, and reporting of progress and risks.
- Drive Agile mindset adoption while supporting high-quality, scalable, and timely data solutions.
