About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Data engineer with hands-on experience in SQL and modern data platform technologies to design and deliver scalable and robust data driven analytics solutions, including designing and implementing pipelines to ingest data from various data sources, be able to effectively build data warehouse using standard or customized data warehousing concepts and build an analytical model on the top of the data sources as per the need of business use cases and visualization. This role requires someone who can analyze complex business requirements and translate them into high-quality solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization which includes building end to end solutions from ingestion pipelines to analytical data model and data visualizations. Experience working within the food manufacturing industry is highly desirable, particularly in functional areas such as supply chains, finance, manufacturing operations, Time management, sales, and marketing. This role is a mix of data engineering and data modelling and analytical solution development. Someone can build our data infrastructure, analytical solutions, visualizations from building ingestion pipelines to executive dashboards by partnering with business stakeholders to turn raw data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building data driven solutions
• Strong analytical and strategical thinking with exceptional technical and business communication skills along with negotiation skills
• hands-on experience using MS BI Suite, MS Fabric, Databricks and especially having SOLID experience in Power BI, DAX, SSAS, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Advance SQL Programming, data modelling, Building ETL Pipelines for data ingestions and Python
• Experience in working with MCP, CoPilot studio, AI-augmented analytics, Claude AI
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or relevant work experience.
• Any food and beverage ERP reporting experience is ideal, preferably SAP

Nice To Haves

• Experience working within the food manufacturing industry is highly desirable, particularly in functional areas such as supply chains, finance, manufacturing operations, Time management, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Viewed as a technical expert and is critical resource across multiple disciplines
• Have an active relationship with key business leaders to determine “pain points” and actively develop data driven decision-making solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for data warehousing, data pipelines, data models, reporting, and dashboards.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise level data driven solutions using MS Fabric, MS SQL, MS BI Suite, MS Azure, Data bricks, SAP BDC, SAP HANA, No SQL database like Mongo DB and other to be determined technologies as needed
