With 2000 employees across 36 offices, they focus on accelerating digital transformation using state-of-the-art data technologies, lean AI agile methodologies, and cohesive teams of business consultants, data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and digital experts. They design data-based solutions with a business-centric approach and deliver tangible results, built upon deep AI expertise from over 1000+ clients globally.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
  • 3-5 years of full-time work experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas: consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent Artefact in a client-facing capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse team members; strong intercultural communication skills are a must
  • Advanced familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in digital, data and the tech economy as a whole
  • Strong teaching orientation; demonstrated ability to mentor more junior members of the team

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of strategy consulting and/or digital marketing (within a start-up, agency, etc.) is highly desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Defining client needs by conducting interviews with client teams and technology partners
  • Performing advanced data analysis and conducting research to solve high-impact, strategic problems facing our clients
  • Helping build, formulate and present strategic data recommendations for clients
  • Developing new business proposals to convert client prospects
  • Contributing to content development and writing on business-relevant topics (e.g. Artefact-published research, articles and business cases)
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of a project with the guidance of a Manager/Director
  • Overseeing and/or mentoring entry-level consultants and interns, as appropriate
