Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Data Modeling is required
  • Associate's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency in Data Access Data Architecture Principles and AI Data Strategy is suggested
  • Advanced proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management is recommended
  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Defining the data requirements and structure for the application.
  • Modeling and designing the application data structure storage and integration to ensure efficient and effective data management.
  • Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Taking ownership of specific data architecture components and ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  • Supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in data modeling and architecture.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of data integration strategies to enhance system interoperability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex data-related challenges.
  • Participating actively in solution design discussions to influence and improve data management approaches.
