About The Position

Fusion Technology is seeking a Security-cleared Professional with an active Top Secret (TS) Clearance for a Senior Data Architect position. The role involves developing, building, and maintaining utilities and scripts for databases to enhance performance optimization. The Data Architect will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting databases, addressing issues related to synchronization, failures, and data access. Additionally, the role includes automating procedures for ad hoc and routine reporting, developing and implementing tracking tools for projects and data quality initiatives, and creating techniques for data ingest analysis solutions. The Data Architect will also develop and maintain data processing and automation projects, leveraging subject matter expertise in data and system architecture, and ensuring the maintenance, troubleshooting, purging, and optimization of databases.

Requirements

Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance required.
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience.
Experience in managing VMs and VDIs in cloud environments, specifically within AWS and Microsoft Azure frameworks.
Strong understanding of LE data and IEPD specifications, along with expertise in data ingest and processing.
Proficient in SPL languages such as PL/SQL and T-SQL.
Proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, C#, C, and .NET.
Familiar with various databases, including Microsoft Access, Postgres, MySQL, Sybase, Firebird database software, c-tree Advanced Concurrent Engine (ACE), SQL Developer, and other relational databases.
Experience with transforming languages and schemas, such as XML, XSLT, XSD, and DTD.
Knowledgeable about data standards and validation tools.
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting data connections.
Experience developing and troubleshooting software tools and utilities using Python, PHP, and JavaScript.
Experience configuring and maintaining computer systems across Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms.
Experience with Microsoft applications, including Visual Basic Applications (VBA) coding, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Visio.
Experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining data integration tracking tools to manage data integration and quality projects.
Experience maintaining and upgrading data storage infrastructure.
Experience deploying data analysis tools and processes.

Responsibilities
