About The Position

This role focuses on the design and development of common data models and metadata platforms. The Senior Data Architect will lead the assessment of current metadata systems, design and build enterprise data models, and develop a metadata utility platform. The position involves integrating various data formats and systems, creating data dictionaries, and driving future state architecture. Responsibilities also include supporting deployment, managing CI/CD pipelines, and conducting knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Common Data Model and Metamodel development
• Data integration and data standards
• Python, Java, TCL
• RDF and SPARQL
• Data formats: XML, JSON, HL7, FRL, VRL, HRL
• Metadata management and data dictionary design
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment
• 3+ years building common metamodels across systems
• 3+ years in data modeling, integration specs, and governance
• 2+ years with Python, Java, or TCL
• 2+ years with RDF and SPARQL
• Strong experience with structured and semi-structured data formats
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms end to end
• Background in large-scale data integration projects

Nice To Haves

• NIEM standards experience
• Metadata tools or message broker systems
• Experience with Cloverleaf or similar integration platforms
