About The Position

The Senior Data & BI Analyst is responsible for helping Wellinks transform complex data into meaningful insights and actionable business decisions. This role combines hands-on data analysis, business intelligence, and data storytelling to uncover trends, identify opportunities, measure performance, and help teams optimize how they work. The Senior Data & BI Analyst partners closely with leaders across Enrollment, Clinical, Operations, Product, and Technology to answer important business questions, define meaningful KPIs, build trusted reporting, and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations. This individual will also help expand self-service access to data and contribute to a more data-driven culture across Wellinks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience using SQL to analyze complex datasets.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and analytical tools and communicating analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Experience working with business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Wellinks is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, operational, enrollment, engagement, and financial data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that enable teams to understand performance and make informed decisions.
• Translate complex analyses into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria for key organizational initiatives.
• Evaluate the impact of operational, product, and clinical workflow changes.
• Build and maintain reliable analytical datasets and business logic using SQL and dbt.
• Enable self-service analytics by developing trusted, understandable data models and reporting resources.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with Data Engineering and other cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reliability.
• Proactively explore company data to identify insights, trends, risks, and opportunities that stakeholders may not know to investigate.
• Support organizational decision-making by connecting analytical findings to practical business recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
