Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and 24 months of experience in job offered or a data analyst-related occupation.

Responsibilities

Manage and manipulate data to build business intelligence tools.
Conduct analysis to recognize trends.
Create specifications to bring data into a common structure.
Create product specifications and models.
Develop data solutions to support analyses.
Perform analysis, interpret results, develop actionable insights and present recommendations for use across the company.
Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization.
Produce and manage the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients.
Use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data.
Create and update automated dashboards containing key operational metrics and lead a process to provide meaningful insights on a recurring basis to varying appeals leadership personnel.
Perform ad-hoc analyses on healthcare data, financial objectives, automation and cost-benefit initiatives, and operational staffing impacts.
Front end visualization of existing reports and manual dashboards performing QA and UAT of health risk data.
Provide operational or subject matter expertise to train others on program or process components.
Conduct oversight and monitoring of HRA program CMS compliance standards.
Responsible to maintain all requirements for the annual data validation audit response file.
Maintain data integrity in the HRA DataMart ensuring all CMS and Stars performance measure are optimized.
