Responsibilities

  • Manage and manipulate data to build business intelligence tools.
  • Conduct analysis to recognize trends.
  • Create specifications to bring data into a common structure.
  • Create product specifications and models.
  • Develop data solutions to support analyses.
  • Perform analysis, interpret results, develop actionable insights and present recommendations for use across the company.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization.
  • Produce and manage the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients.
  • Use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data.
  • Create and update automated dashboards containing key operational metrics and lead a process to provide meaningful insights on a recurring basis to varying appeals leadership personnel.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses on healthcare data, financial objectives, automation and cost-benefit initiatives, and operational staffing impacts.
  • Front end visualization of existing reports and manual dashboards performing QA and UAT of health risk data.
  • Provide operational or subject matter expertise to train others on program or process components.
  • Conduct oversight and monitoring of HRA program CMS compliance standards.
  • Responsible to maintain all requirements for the annual data validation audit response file.
  • Maintain data integrity in the HRA DataMart ensuring all CMS and Stars performance measure are optimized.
