El Paso County Department of Human Services (EPCDHS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong critical thinking abilities, a process-improvement mindset, and expertise in SQL, data integration, cloud data platforms, and data visualization. In this role, the analyst will support the department’s data modernization efforts by developing pipelines, transforming complex datasets, and delivering high-quality insights that guide strategy and strengthen program operations. This position works collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams, facilitates data and reporting requirements, and contributes to data standards, modeling practices, and governance activities. The role offers opportunities to innovate, learn new tools and technologies, and make a meaningful impact on programs serving children, families, and the broader community. This senior-level position is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, documenting, and delivering on data requirements, as well as maintaining, analyzing, and transforming data into insights to guide strategy and inform program data, data systems, and software decisions, including data sourced from on-premises and cloud-based platforms. Responsible for establishing data standards and modeling practices. Employment is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies detailed in the Personnel Policies Manual (PPM). This position requires regular in-person presence as an essential job function. This position may be subject to grant funding.
