About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Data Analyst position for our client. This role involves leading advanced data analysis across enterprise data warehouse and data mart environments, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and performing data validation using tools like Toad and SQL. The analyst will develop and support analytics, metrics, and reporting solutions for multiple stakeholders, collaborating with business and technical teams in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring data quality and governance, supporting Informatica-based data integration and ETL workflows, and documenting requirements and technical artifacts.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL (Oracle preferred) and strong Excel expertise
• Data Warehouse / Data Mart concepts
• Toad (data comparison and validation)
• Informatica (ETL/code experience)
• Agile methodology; JIRA and Confluence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Microsoft Word and Outlook proficiency
• 8+ years of Business/Data Analysis experience
• Experience working with multiple data sources in complex enterprise environments
• Proven background in data analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
