About The Position

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. This role involves applying analytical frameworks and tools to generate meaningful, data-driven insights and translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. The analyst will also build financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and quantitative assessments to support decision-making, document processes and findings, and prepare presentations and reports. Key aspects of the role include maintaining project documentation, building strong client relationships, facilitating workshops, managing client expectations, collaborating with project teams, supporting project planning, mentoring junior members, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields.
Five years of experience in a related occupation.
Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support collaboration and trust.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather information and drive alignment.
Manage client expectations and address concerns professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and consultants to ensure delivery success.
Support project planning, timeline development, and resource coordination.
Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the team.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leverage strong analytical, communication, and data tool proficiency to drive high quality outcomes.
