About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst Specialist to join our team at PM2CM. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making across various projects within the organization. You will play a crucial role in developing insights from data, presenting findings, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance our business processes and project outcomes. Hybrid work schedule (Wednesday and Thursday in the office).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a project management or business analyst role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to interpret data and create meaningful reports that assist in decision-making.
Assist in the development and implementation of data collection processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support various business initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools.
