The Senior Analyst, Customer Retention & Expansion sits within Cornerstone’s centralized Revenue Operations Analytics COE and plays a critical role in improving gross and net retention, churn mitigation, renewal execution, and expansion outcomes across the post-sale lifecycle. This role partners globally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership to translate retention and expansion data into actionable insights, trusted analytics, and operationalized predictive signals that inform strategy and in-quarter execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role for an analytically rigorous operator who thrives at the intersection of data, GTM strategy, and decision-making.
