About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Office of Enterprise and AI Technology (OEAIT). This high-impact team partners directly with the President of OEAIT to drive strategy, workforce planning, enablement, and organizational transformation. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be the team's analytical engine, transforming complex, large-scale datasets into clear executive narratives to support leadership decision-making. This role is at the intersection of technology and strategy, and your insights will directly shape OEAIT's enterprise and AI capabilities. You will work at the highest levels of Salesforce, with your work informing decisions made by senior leadership. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience analyzing large-scale datasets to drive operational impact and strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced Tableau skills, with a demonstrated ability to design complex dashboards and visualizations that make data accessible for both employees and senior executives.
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (e.g., connecting Snowflake or similar systems of record) to support automated, accurate, and scalable reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate data aggregation, analysis, and reporting workflows.
  • Strong data storytelling skills — the ability to translate technical findings and complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Salesforce products and data architecture, with strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Professional certification(s) in Data Visualization or Data Analytics.
  • Experience preparing and delivering high-stakes presentations to senior leadership under tight deadlines.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments where priorities can shift quickly — you adapt without losing momentum.
  • A track record of partnering across diverse teams to champion data integrity and usability at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale Salesforce datasets to identify trends and surface the "so what" behind the numbers, delivering data-backed recommendations that drive action.
  • Design and maintain sophisticated Tableau dashboards that give employees and leaders at-a-glance clarity on business health and operational performance.
  • Synthesize metrics into polished reports and presentations, translating technical findings into clear narratives that drive alignment and strategic decision-making.
  • Build and manage connections between Salesforce systems and tools like Snowflake to ensure automated, accurate, and scalable reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline data aggregation, analysis, and reporting, staying ahead of emerging capabilities in a team focused on AI transformation.
  • Go beyond analysis to identify process gaps, propose improvements, and act as a proactive consultant to the broader OEAIT team.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders across Salesforce to ensure data integrity, usability, and alignment with organizational goals.
