About The Position
Join our team as a Senior, Data Analyst and turn complex, multi-source data into clear insights that shape business decisions. In this role, you’ll identify the right data sources, validate and improve data quality, and translate business questions into analytical approaches that drive measurable outcomes. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to build compelling visual stories and recommendations—helping teams prioritize work, quantify value, and act with confidence. The team enables data-informed decisions across multiple business domains by connecting business needs to trusted data and actionable insights. We operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and data governance—aligning stakeholders on priorities, service levels, and success measures. This Senior Data Analyst role is central to how we unlock value from data assets: improving data quality, shaping analytical solutions, and communicating insights that influence roadmaps, investments, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience querying and analyzing data using SQL.
- Proven ability to assess, monitor, and improve data quality using profiling/cleansing methods and metrics.
- Experience translating stakeholder needs into analytical deliverables, business cases, and domain artifacts.
- Advanced data visualization and communication skills across tools like Tableau/Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities
- Identify fit-for-purpose data sources across SQL/NoSQL and enterprise systems; perform initial data quality checks.
- Translate business problems into analytical approaches, hypotheses, and data-driven solutions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical testing to uncover trends, outliers, and drivers.
- Build advanced visualizations and narratives (e.g., Tableau/Power BI/Python/R) to influence decisions.
- Promote data quality and governance practices; mentor junior analysts on storytelling techniques.
