Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science or a related field plus 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field. Skills Required: Must have experience with: Designing and implementing rule-based algorithms for deployment in batch or real-time APIs; Creating visual representation of data to tell a story using Tableau, PowerBI; Utilizing CI/CD tools such as JFrog and Airflow to ensure deployment and maintenance of product-grade code; Developing scalable PySpark scripts to handle large datasets efficiently; Creating and maintaining data models in BigQuery to support analytical and reporting needs; Applying advanced statistical methods such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and multivariate analysis to draw meaningful conclusions from complex datasets and support strategic decision-making; Employing statistical techniques to detect anomalies and outliers, analyzing data distributions, and uncover hidden patterns and correlations within datasets; Identifying and resolving data related issues through root cause analysis; Answering business related Ad hoc questions through comprehensive data analysis; Creating, validating, and optimizing KPIs using SQL and Python to ensure they accurately reflect business objectives and performance; Implementing rigorous data cleaning and pre-processing techniques to ensure the highest level of data quality and accuracy; Cloud-based databases and data warehouses; Version control systems like Git for managing code and collaboration.
