Reporting to the Analytics Manager, the Senior Data Analyst role centers on building and maintaining data infrastructure; and analysis of data sourced from multiple, disparate systems. The ideal candidate will excel at complex data, financial and operations modelling, generating actionable projections, and conducting thorough investigations and audits of data systems and processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to independently collaborate with stakeholders are essential for translating business needs into analytical solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with multitasking responsibilities
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on expertise with Python, SQL
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, VBA, Power Query, and MSPower Platform
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with aviation industry data or financial modelling.
  • Knowledge of version control workflows (e.g., Git).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data platforms and infrastructure.
  • Collect, clean, and integrate data from various internal and external sources.
  • Perform complex data analysis and modelling to support business decisions and forecasting.
  • Investigate and audit data systems and processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of data-related issues in production systems.
