We have an opportunity for a Sr Data Analyst with Optum Rx. This is a strategic analysis role that requires technical expertise with data analysis. Employees in this position conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short- and long-term operational and strategic business activities by developing, maintaining, and enhancing operational information and models. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Requirements

3+ years of data analysis and Workload Balancing experience
3+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements
Skilled with reporting analytics and forecasting tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

Responsibilities
