About The Position

Tech Holding is a full-service consulting firm dedicated to delivering predictable outcomes and high-quality solutions. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a project-based assignment to provide high-quality analytics and insights into clients, collections, and commercial performance across various channels (boutiques, ecommerce, wholesale). This hybrid role involves approximately 60% data analytics and 40% analytics-focused data engineering. The position will focus on building analytics-ready datasets and semantic models, leading commercial and client analysis, performance storytelling, and structured test-and-learn measurement. Reporting to the Manager, Data & Commercial Analytics, this role is crucial for translating raw data into actionable insights for business decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or analytics engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with a modern cloud data warehouse (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar).
• Experience with dbt or a comparable transformation framework.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs such as sell-through, full-price ratio, AUR, and repeat purchase rate.
• Strong written communication skills for explaining analysis to executives.
• Discretion when handling revenue, margin, and client data.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• Experience with orchestration and ingestion tools like Dagster or Airbyte.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Background in luxury or premium retail.

Responsibilities

• Own client lifecycle and segmentation analysis, including understanding purchasing behavior, retention, and churn to inform future collections.
• Analyze assortment, sell-through, and margin at the boutique level.
• Manage the dbt layer, including models for data marts, tests for issue detection, and KPI definitions.
• Design and measure test-and-learn programs for campaigns, capsules, and clienteling.
• Develop Tableau dashboards for recurring KPI reporting and automate distribution using Power Automate.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and slow queries.
• Respond to inquiries from other analysts and provide guidance to enhance their skills.
