Requirements

• Practical experience as a Data Analyst with a demonstrated ability to lead complex analyses and develop sound, data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor; able to articulate complex topics to diverse audiences with discretion and tact.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to research, gather, and integrate information from a variety of sources.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex analyses by gathering insights from key internal stakeholders and delivering best practice guidance on business trends and issues.
• Develop, track, and maintain metrics and dashboards that provide clear visibility into business performance and key outcomes.
• Report on findings and deliver data-driven recommendations; summarize analyses into clear, concise presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Perform data integrity audits and evaluate data management methods and procedures, proposing improvements where needed.
• Monitor industry statistics and market trends, operating as a trusted advisor by providing consulting services grounded in deep subject matter expertise and best practices.
• Identify internal efficiencies, contribute to the team's knowledge base, and provide training and guidance on how to interpret and apply data effectively.
