As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting customers within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In this role, you will help drive data‑informed decision‑making by collecting, transforming, integrating, and analyzing data to identify trends, assess performance, and create meaningful visualizations. Senior Data Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, protecting, and monitoring the organization’s High Value Assets (HVAs)—the systems, data, and services whose compromise would significantly impact mission, operations, or security. This role blends cybersecurity expertise, data analytics, and risk management to ensure HVAs are properly cataloged, continuously monitored, and safeguarded against evolving threats. Collect, integrate, and analyze complex datasets to uncover insights that support mission objectives. Perform quantitative and qualitative risk assessments focused on threats, vulnerabilities, and potential impacts to HVAs. Use analytics tools to build dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs), and trend analyses that support leadership decisions. Develop intuitive, interactive, and visually compelling dashboards (e.g., in Power BI) for users with a wide range of technical backgrounds. Define data requirements and ensure data is properly stored, accessible, and aligned with client needs. Create and maintain data governance documentation, tools, and templates. Collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders to gather, understand, and refine requirements. Identify and document data quality and fidelity issues; provide recommendations for remediation. Build tools, resources, and reports to support data requests and ongoing analysis needs. Operate effectively in a hybrid work environment, including on‑site client work, Guidehouse offices, and remote settings.
