The successful candidate will support financial analysis, deal evaluation, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Investment banking experience.
- Experience in potential M&A modeling.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Experience evaluating CIMs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial and M&A models.
- Support potential mergers and acquisitions analysis.
- Evaluate CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums).
- Develop high-quality presentations and reporting for stakeholders.
- Perform data-driven financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
