About The Position

The purpose of this role is to strengthen and extend the capacity of the Cyber Security Strategy & Architecture team in response to increasing global demand across cyber initiatives, particularly in security operations, threat management, and emerging areas such as AI and data. The role ensures architectural guidance is available at the pace of business and security demand, reducing delays and enabling more consistent and scalable security outcomes across a federated global environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in cybersecurity architecture or senior security engineering roles
  • Strong experience in security operations or threat management environments
  • Proven experience working with security testing outcomes (red team, purple team, penetration testing)
  • Experience operating in global, federated environments across multiple time zones

Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural support to security operations, with a strong focus on threat management and operational security effectiveness
  • Support analysis and resolution of findings from security assurance activities, ensuring outcomes focus on root-cause remediation rather than point fixes
  • Improve consistency and quality of security remediation by linking operational findings back to architectural principles and systemic fixes
  • Reduce recurrence of similar security findings through stronger architectural interventions and pattern-level remediation
  • Support cyber initiative delivery by ensuring architectural input is timely, pragmatic, and aligned to delivery pressures across global teams
