  • Demonstrated ability to assess field conditions, identify root causes of performance issues, and provide practical, technically sound recommendations.
  • Ability to review construction drawings, details, and specifications for legibility, completeness, and consistency with the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), appropriate coordination among the disciplines, inconsistencies, or performance concerns.
  • Experience performing construction-phase BECx services or Construction Administration, including field observations, detailed issue documentation, and collaboration with the project team to develop and verify corrective actions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and support Cx activities at various project stages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure and collaboration with the project team.
  • Physical capability to climb ladders, navigate construction sites, bend, stoop, and kneel.

  • Accountable for managing mechanical commissioning aspects of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations aligned with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Influence strategic decisions regarding project execution while adhering to client objectives and MBP standards.
