About The Position

Clutch Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customs Entry Writer to manage the customer experience and ensure positive reviews. This role involves processing ISF (Import Security Filing) entries, assembling entry packets for submission to Customs, and handling the customs clearance of air, ocean, road, and rail shipments. The successful candidate will process all entries via ABI in a compliant manner, fulfilling CBP and other government agency requirements, and manage OGA processing. Responsibilities also include obtaining freight release, facilitating duty payments and ACH account management, classifying goods, rating commercial invoices, and interfacing with U.S. Customs and other government agencies. The role requires ensuring compliance with internal policies, recommending solutions for efficiency and growth, and managing deliveries of LCL and air freight from US port/airport to customer door as needed.

Responsibilities
