As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Ripple, you will be instrumental in ensuring our enterprise treasury and finance customers successfully adopt and derive ongoing satisfaction from Ripple's treasury solutions. Your primary focus will be on helping these customers achieve their desired outcomes, such as streamlining cash management, optimizing liquidity, and improving payment workflows. By ensuring customer success, you will contribute to increased retention, solution expansion, and advocacy for Ripple. You will be part of the Global Customer Success Team, addressing complex business challenges for enterprise treasury teams through strategic planning and proactive engagement. Your role involves aligning and demonstrating the value of Ripple Treasury solutions with customer financial objectives to deliver measurable business outcomes, managing the entire customer lifecycle from adoption and growth to health and retention, in close collaboration with your Account Manager. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with senior finance and treasury stakeholders to identify opportunities for additional value, ultimately cultivating these accounts into champions for Ripple Treasury.
