About The Position

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Customer Success Manager to join our US team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and ambassador of change, helping our most strategic customers transform their workplaces by integrating Ubeya's platform with their operational workflows to drive adoption, scalability, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success with a focus on US Enterprise Clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting net retention and growth targets.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Executive project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across the C-suite.
  • Passion for mastering product functionality.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and web-based technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and act as an 'ambassador of change'.
  • Versatile individual who can touch the platform in various ways and wear multiple hats.
  • Experience with US Enterprise-level accounts or a background in HR/HRM/Workforce management is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Strategic Partner to US Enterprise and Mid-Market Clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their business objectives to communicate the value of Ubeya's solutions.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate delivered value and align on future strategic priorities.
  • Drive market expansion and account growth by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Position Ubeya as an essential part of daily operations by aligning solutions to client business goals and ensuring perfect platform configuration to mirror internal processes.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders and the C-suite.
  • Provide personalized training and support to ensure clients maximize platform potential and stay updated with new features.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and account health through data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
