You will own and grow the end-to-end customer relationship for SAP Business Technology Platform, turning contracts into long-term, measurable platform value. Through hands-on technical guidance, strategic architecture and governance coaching, targeted adoption plans, and cross-functional orchestration, you’ll increase consumption, improve retention, and scale repeatable playbooks across accounts and regions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in the IT industry with experience across software engineering, product/project management, consulting, customer success, or related roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform across multiple practice areas (App Dev, Process Automation, Integration, AI); hands‑on with SAP Integration, Build, and SAP Business AI preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the SAP Cloud portfolio (Cloud ERP and Business Suite) and familiarity with both SAP and non‑SAP PaaS solutions.
  • Functional domain awareness (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to translate BTP strategy into business outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of cloud commercial topics: cloud bookings, cloud contracts, consumption analysis, forecasting, and renewal management.
  • Strong communication (oral & written), presentation, program management, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different business environments and guide customers from technical hands‑on details to architecture strategy and long‑term governance.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%) and value for in‑person collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end customer lifecycle ownership from onboarding to renewal, focused on lifetime value and retention.
  • Tailored adoption and consumption plans that drive measurable platform usage and revenue growth.
  • Solution and architecture workshops, governance frameworks, and re-platforming plans that align BTP to business outcomes.
  • Hands-on technical advisement across App Dev, Integration, Process Automation, and AI to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
  • Cross-functional orchestration processes with sales, product, support, partners, and revenue teams to streamline execution and escalation.
  • Consumption forecasting and renewal management processes to protect and grow cloud revenue.
  • Scalable playbooks, best-practice templates, and regional/global workstreams that raise customer experience quality and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting and success metrics that demonstrate business impact and inform continuous improvements.
